This was the best guidebook I've ever bought, bar none. It was not just always in my bag during my stay in Prague - it was always in my hand!

This book is like no other city guide

Review by Ari J. Wiseman

This book is like no other city guide I have ever read. Apart from being well organized and beautifully designed, it's a great read. I don't even have a trip to Prague planned and still, I couldn't put it down

Do EVERYTHING Karen Feldman says… You will never be the same again. (Isn’t that the point of travel in the first place?)

The New Edition of Prague: Artel Style

Review by Jason Cahill on February 5, 2014

Well, It's been quite a few years since I picked up my first copy of this fine book by Karen Feldman. However, when I ordered the new one to keep at the house in order for guests to use when they are visiting us in Prague...I was surprised at all the really hard work that went in to update the books content and make it even more relative to the city then the first publication! "Can I Have a Marionette Made that Looks Just Like Me?" is one of my favorite tidbits in the book on page 123. The whole book is exceptionally done and well written. It puts other travel books on Prague to shame with local knowledge of both ordinary things to do here, as well as, all of the personal interesting hints and tidbits of information Karen offers that is completely outside the box for most guides! I give it an A+++ this time!

Perfect!

Loved this book - offbeat, smart, insightful, and Karen is right on in her recommendations. A must if you are traveling to Prague - and, if you have a moment, stop into her lovely shop right beneath the Charles Bridge in Mala Strana.

Extremely readable, beautifully illustrated, and witty volume

Review by “American in Prague ‘D Krol’" (Prague, Czech Republic)

This extremely readable, beautifully illustrated, and witty volume is filled with the kind of personal reviews and information you would expect to receive from a dear friend who is willing to divulge all those secret spots we travellers covet.

Notes from a mind-bogglingly well-informed friend

Review by Scott MacMillan (Dubai, UAE)

"Prague: Artel Style" reads like notes from a mind-bogglingly well-informed friend about what to do, where to go, where to eat,

etc. And that's just what you want for a city like Prague, whose out-of-the-way mysteries might otherwise take weeks, months or even years to discover.

Gorgeous design and amazing vintage pictures
