INTRODUCTION

The following Terms and Conditions ("General Business Terms and Conditions") regulate the relationships of parties to a purchase/licence
agreement entered into, by and between Artel Glass LLC, with its registered office at 1013 Centre Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19805,
United States of America, registered in the Delaware Department of Companies on November 8, 1999 under number 991484363-3122548,
conducting business activity in the Czech Republic through a branch office 
ARTEL GLASS LLC, organizační složka (organizational unit),
identification number: 70102937, with its registered office in Praha 3, Vinohradská 2279/164, postal code 130 00,
entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section A, Insert 40479 (hereinafter referred to as the "
Company").
("Artěl" or "Seller"), and the Buyer ("Buyer").

DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery takes approximately 10 to 12 weeks, earlier delivery may be possible we will inform you when your order is confirmed.

Delivery of GILDED products takes approximately 12 to 16 weeks, earlier delivery may be possible we will inform you when your order is confirmed.

RETURN POLICY

No return will be accepted with ARTĚL’s authorization.

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

All returns must be made within 21 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

 Glass must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

 Client will be responsible for all shipping & customs cost for returned items.

 

TRANSPORT AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

After receiving your order, please be certain to check it without delay to ensure:

All items have been received.

Nothing has been damaged during transport.

 

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Please send us a picture of any glass that arrives broken.

Please send us a picture of the shipping box.

TOLERANCES

Slight variations in design, color hue and size may occur as a natural result of the 100% hand-made glassware ARTĚL utilizes for manufacturing.
Slight imperfections such as small air bubbles might also occur as they too are a natural occurrence in this type of manufacuring process.
The final result will be beautifully hand-crafted piece, that is 100% unique and we hope you will cherish for a lifetime.

 

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

For EU-countries the prices include the VAT of 21%, the rate required by Czech law.
Orders can be paid with the following currencies: Euro, US Dollar and Czech Koruna.
You can change the price display to your preferred currency.

Any disputes arising between Artěl and the Buyer may be settled out of court. The Buyer-consumer may contact
an extrajudicial dispute resolution entity, such as the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or resolve the dispute on-line through
the ODR platform designated for this purpose.

However, it is recommended that the Buyer first contacts Artěl to address the situation.

These General Business Terms and Conditions and parts hereto come into force and effect on 1. November 2023,
repealing all the previous versions and their parts, and are available on-line at www.artelglass.com.
